I had an account on file, but my email and password is not being recognized. What is wrong?
We have recently upgraded our store. Unfortunately, we were not able to import all of our past customers. Please feel free to create a new account by clicking on the My Account link in Our Store and your information will be saved. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause you.
I am trying to purchase products in your store, but it says my email address has already been used. Why is that?
If you have purchased items in the past as a Guest, the store will automatically create an account to make it easier for you to make purchases in the future. The receipt email from your last purchase will contain your password. If you cannot find it, go to the My Account page and click on the Forgot your password? link to have it sent to you via email. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
How do I update my mailing address, add a new or second mailing address, update my contact information, email address or password?
Login to My Account.
To update your mailing address, click on Your Address Book. You can edit your address, delete your address or add another mailing address. Once you are finished, click the Save Address button.
To update your email address or password, click on Your Account Details link. Edit your email address or enter your password twice and click on Update My Details to save.
I made a purchase through your store, but my digital files are not available to be downloaded or it is saying there is an error. Why is this?
There could be two reasons for this.
First, if your payment has not completed yet, then your files will not be available until it does. You can check the status of your order in the My Account section.
Second, if you ordered physical and digital products, your files will not be available until your order is marked as Completed. This will not happen until your physical products have been sent to you. Please check the My Account section to see the status of your order.
I purchased an instant download item (mp3, e-book, etc.) but I do not know how to download it. Where can I find the links?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download link for the product. The Era of Peace Store will also send you an email containing your download link. When given the option to Open or Save, please click on save. You may also go to the website, log in, click the My Account link, then view your downloadable products and view the link.
I am having trouble with a download link. What do I do?
Please Save the file to a location you can find easily in the future, like your desktop. Some files are very large and will require a long time to download, please be patient. Only download one file at a time. If you have an error after you download the file, please delete it, try again, but this time try Opening the file instead of saving it. This might take a little while longer.
If you still encounter problems, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be as specific as possible with your problem.
You can download your purchase at any time by signing into My Account. If you checkout as a Guest, a temporary password will be sent to you. You can update your password by signing into My Account, or use the Forgot your password? link.

How do I send .mobi files to my Kindle?
To do this, you must have an Amazon.com account.
Once delivered, it will be viewable by accessing the ‘Docs’ content library from your Kindle homepage.
You can also download the free Send to Kindle app at Amazon.
I downloaded the music file (mp3), but it will not open. How do I open it?
To save time in the download process, the files are compressed into a zip folder.
To uncompress the file, right click on it and choose Extract All.
Be sure to save it in a place easy for you to find.
Once this has completed, a new uncompressed folder will appear which you can open to listen to the mp3.
Open “Finder” and navigate to the Zip file you wish to unzip.
Double-click the file you wish to unzip.
The Zip file will be automatically unzipped into the same folder as the original zip file.
You can then listen to the mp3 on you favorite music player by double clicking on it, or by using the players import function.
Music files require a player capable of playing mp3 files (such as Windows Media or iTunes). Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for personal computer issues with these files.
How do I sync mp3 CDs to my mobile device?
Our mp3 CDs are compressed into a zip file. Some mobile devices allow you to unzip files and play the mp3s without syncing to your computer.
Other mobile devices like iPhone and iPad require you to unzip the files on your personal computer and synce the mp3 files to the device with iTunes.
Refer to the question "I downloaded the music file (mp3), but it will not open. How do I open it?" above for instructions on how to unzip files on your personal computer.
I purchased an E-book and I do not get a download link…
Our E-books are currently in PDF, MOBI or EPUB format. You will need the proper program to open these files. Once the download is complete, you will need to save the file to your local computer by going to File > Save As. Please be patient while the file is downloading.
Why am I getting the error ‘File Type Not Supported’?
Downloaded items require the proper programs to play or view. We provide generic file types that allow many different programs to open them. For music files, you can use Windows Media Player™ or iTunes™, both can be downloaded for free. For E-books you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free. Please note, we cannot support for individual problems with these files. They have been tested thoroughly to ensure they are working properly.
Can I use Musical Rapture as the background for webinars, voice-overs, etc.?
We are sorry, but we have to deny these requests, so that the Divine Intent of this sacred gift of music will be protected. If a person records other information over the music, it will interfere with the healing process and the Divine Intent of the music. In order to maintain the highest integrity of this Celestial Music, Frederic Delarue has copyrighted the music and all rights are reserved.
You are welcome to make CDs of the music and share them for free with everyone you know. You can print out the images for the cover of the CD and the CD label on the download zip file, and create CDs for your personal use and to give to your friends and loved ones without cost.
