HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS AND REGISTRATION FEES

This wonderful resort is giving us a great package rate that includes a beautiful room with two queen beds or one king bed and two delightful meals daily. One meal will be a substantial breakfast, and the other meal will be either lunch or dinner, depending on our planned activities. 

The package price includes: 

• Lodging for Five Nights  
• Two Delightful Meals Daily
• All Taxes & Gratuity for Your Group Meals
• Registration Fee for the World Congress On Illumination

WCI Registration Fee includes: 

• ALL of the activities at the World Congress
• Speakers' Presentations, Meditations, Music Concerts, Dance Presentations
• Social Events, and all other Group Activities.

Early Bird Discounts

• $150.00 discount for those registered by April 1, 2024
• $100.00 discount for those registered by May 1, 2024
• $50.00 discount for those registered by June 1, 2024
• After June 1, 2024, registration will be full price.

Registrations must be paid by July 1, 2024, to ensure your space.  After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Cancellation Policy

We do not want you to miss this glorious event, but if you have an unexpected emergency, there is a $200.00 nonrefundable processing fee. The rest of your payment will be refunded if cancelled by August 1, 2024.

All amounts are quoted in US dollars and are per person.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY, MEALS & WCI REG. FEE

• If paid by April 1, 2024 = $2,280
• If paid by May 1, 2024 = $2,330
• If paid by June 1, 2024 = $2,380
• Full price to be paid by July 1, 2024 = $2,430

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, MEALS & WCI REG. FEE

• If paid by April 1, 2024= $1,883
• If paid by May 1, 2024 = $1,933
• If paid by June 1, 2024 = $1,983
• Full price to be paid by July 1, 2024 = $2,033

If you would prefer a double occupancy and don’t have a roommate, we will do our best to find one for you. The earlier you register the better chance you’ll have of finding a roommate.

The resort is offering us special room rates for 3 days before and 3 days after the Congress and we will make this reservation for you. That portion of your expenses will be paid by you, to the resort at check-in and is not included in the printed figures above.
