The World Congress will begin with the Opening Ceremonies on
Saturday, August 14th, at 7:30 p.m. and conclude with
the Closing Ceremonies on Thursday, August 19th by 2:00 p.m.
This sacred conclave will be a celestial experience
for everyone involved. Each day, as we successfully fulfill
one phase of the Divine Plan, the Spiritual Hierarchy will
reveal the next phase of the plan to us. As we sojourn
through the various activities of Light under the Divine
Guidance of our Father-Mother God and the Company
of Heaven, our mission will be victoriously accomplished.
This event will take place within the powerful forcefield
of Washington, D. C. The power and might of the
Divine Guardians of Liberty, Freedom, Divine Justice,
Victory, and the Cosmic Beings associated with the Violet
Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection who dwell in the
Etheric Complex over Washington, D. C. will assist us in
lifting every man, woman, and child on Earth into a higher
level of consciousness. This activity of Light will help us
to catapult the patterns of perfection for the New Earth
into physical manifestation.

the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the Violet Flame.
This will allow you to remember the full magnitude of your
mission during this Cosmic Moment on Earth. With this
realization, you will be filled with bliss, elation, the Will to

Humanity and the entire Company of Heaven. All of this
will occur within the Infinite Body of our omniscient, omnipresent,
omnipotent Father-Mother God, All That Is.
The Beings of Light have been given permission to
assist us in unprecedented ways, but the Lightworkers
on Earth are the predominant force bringing this Divine
Plan into physical manifestation.
Our responsibility is enormous, but when we join our
hearts together, we will succeed God Victoriously.

Heart Flame, and experience the overwhelming Gratitude
and Love pouring forth from the Beings of Light in the

We are also offering a discount of $100.00 for those who register by May 1, 2010, and a discount of $50.00 for those who register by June 1, 2010. After June 1, 2010, registration will be full price.
